Olakunle Churchill threatens Tonto Dikeh with a lawsuit, seeks apology
Popular businessman Olakunle Churchill, the ex-husband of popular Nigerian actress, Tonto Dikeh has threatened to sue the actress for what he considers slanderous remarks against him.
Recall that Tonto Dikeh in a post on her Instagram account accused Churchill of neglecting their child causing the duo to exchange words and receipts.
The actress, who revealed that her ex-husband and his family members constantly claimed in court that they won the child custody battle, lambasted them for doing little to care for King Adrea.
According to Tonto, Churchill had only paid for four months of child support and had never paid for King Adrea’s school tuition since their divorce.
Her ex-husband called her a liar for labelling him as a fraudster, thief, blackmailer, and negligent father.
Churchill also accused Tonto Dikeh of fabricating stories about his wife, Roseline Meurer, alleging she snatched him away from her.
He ordered Tonto Dikeh to apologize for all her comments on her Instagram account as he was not pleased with the defamatory allegations about him.
Churchill informed the actress in a letter issued through his lawyer that if she does not apologize on Instagram within the next 24 hours of receiving the letter, a lawsuit will be brought against her.
